Auto Loan Application Requirements

Here is the list of requirements to be submitted. Incomplete requirements will not be processed immediately and are subject to delay.

For EMPLOYED:

  1. Certificate of Employment (COE)
  2. Latest 3 months payslips
  3. Latest 3 months bank statements
  4. Two (2) Valid IDs
  5. Selfie of any 1 Valid ID
  6. Latest electric bill or water bill

For SELF-EMPLOYED/FREELANCERs:

  1. DTI or Certificate of Employment (COE)
  2. Latest employer/project contract
  3. Latest 3 months payslips/payrolls
  4. Other sources of income (if applicable)
  5. Latest 3 months bank statement
  6. Two (2) Valid IDs
  7. Selfie of any 1 Valid ID
  8. Latest electric bill or water bill

For CORPORATIONS:

  1. DTI or SEC Articles of Incorporation
  2. By-Laws
  3. BIR (2303)
  4. Mayor's / Business Permit
  5. Secretary Certificate
  6. Latest 3 months bank statements
  7. Two (2) Valid IDs of Authorized Signatory & Owner
  8. Selfie of any 1 Valid ID of Authorized Signatory
  9. Latest electric bill or water bill

For OFW/SEAFARERs:

  1. Two (2) Valid IDs
  2. Latest employer contract
  3. Latest 3-6 proof of remittances
  4. Latest 3-6 months proof of income
